DO IT YOURSELF "Diamonds & Rose" Themed 30th Birthday Party

"Life isn't all diamonds and rose, but it should be...."
You're probably wondering where you have heard that quote from? Okay, probably not :), but in case you didn't know the Schwoerer sisters are fans of Lisa Vanderpump (and basically anything pink & sparkly). Emily has also loved pink her entire life so the theme totally made sense. And since it was her 30th birthday we decided to go all out with the decor. Most items are from thrift stores that I re-purposed to fit into the theme. I was able to find a few pink glass items, as well as all the picture frames I blinged out at thrift stores. Even the fuchsia jewels on the candle sticks are from the Salvation Army! If there's anything you want to know where I purchased it from, just let me know and I can send you a link (if it wasn't thrifted!)
Centerpiece: Silver bowl and charger is vintage/thrifted. Vases were thrifted--someone already put the glitter on for me! Frames are all DIY
Striped table cloth and pink sequin runner are from online wedding stores ($20 and under)
Thrifted: Vintage pink pyrex bowl, vintage silver charger, candy containers, DIY frames, candy is from Party City
DIY cake - letters are from Michaels and I glued tooth picks to them. All materials for frames and candy dishes are from Michael's. I took a small glass candle stick holder and placed the confetti champagne bottle on it!
Vintage silver plated casserole dish I painted pink and vintage iridescent glass tulip candy bowl all thrifted
Mid century pink chip and dip I picked up for $5!
